- Care Workforce and Transport Sector Agreement pathways

Partner of New Zealander Resident Visa
Are you the husband, wife, de-facto or civil union partner of a New Zealand citizen or resident?
The key requirement is whether you have lived with your New Zealand citizen partner in a genuine and stable relationship for at least 12 months. Contact us for a free assessment verifying that all specific requirements are met.

Parent Resident Visa
If you have an adult child in New Zealand who is a citizen or resident for at least 3 years and earns enough, they might be able to sponsor you to live there permanently.
Your child has to meet a minimum income threshold and be ready to support you financially for the first ten years. Every year, only 2,500 parents get approved, and the selection is random.
The process is pretty complicated, so it’s a good idea to seek professional advice to make it smoother.
